Since we have members worldwide, I'm offering two methods for purchasing a print whether you live in the United States or overseas.

Prints are made to order. Please allow 10 - 14 days for processing.

EXPLORE PRINTS


Your print will be personally signed, packaged, and sent to you by Rebecca Rhodes!


Print is produced with Somerset Velvet paper and Epson Ultrachrome archival inks to create the look of high quality watercolor paper.

Image size is 8 x 10 inches with a 1-inch white border around the image. Total size is 10 x 12 inches, to fit a standard 11 x 14-inch mat.


To get the print safely to you, I will personally package it with a backing board, inside a clear archival bag, placed inside a flat, rigid mailer. It will arrive ready for matting and framing.

Print is produced on acid-free paper with archival inks.


All art prints include a 1" white border around the image to allow for future framing and matting, if desired.

Refunds, Returns


Physical Product Refund/exchange Policy

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If there is an issue with your physical product order, please reach out to [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Please send your order number and description of the issue. We will review the issue and, if we find we’ve made an error, we will issue a refund/exchange to correct the problem.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

Original paintings and personalized prints are only available in the United States. On-demand prints via pixels.com are available internationally and in the US.

How long does it take to process an order?

Merchandise is made to order, so we ask that you please allow 10-14 business days for orders to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to get orders fulfilled as quickly as possible. Your patience is appreciated!
