In this course, you will learn how to paint this study of an eye with glasses in watercolor. I hope you will find the techniques, steps, and colors helpful whether you create this painting or a similar subject!

OVERVIEW OF LESSONS

It's helpful to see an overview of the process - the big picture!

Lesson 1: Create the eye, beginning of eyebrow and glasses

Lesson 2: Establish a pale map of colors, then the first layer of skin color. 

Lesson 3: "Round 1" - Begin to build darker values and refine color. 

Lesson 4: "Round 2" - Repeat the process - revisit the colors underneath the skin, create another layer of skin color, as we go darker in value and refine color. 

Lesson 5: Finish the glasses

Lesson 6: Final Refinements, create the ear
