Materials, Resources

Watercolor paper: I use Arches Natural White 140 lb. watercolor paper - Cold Press - for this lesson.

Paints - Winsor & Newton

Brushes

Preparation:

  • I cut the watercolor paper into small pieces, about 5 x7 inches.
  • Because these are small studies, I did not stretch (soak) the paper.
  • I used masking tape to attach the watercolor paper to a piece of cardboard.
