How to Change my Credit Card
THIS LINK will take to instructions regarding how to change your credit card. NOTE: It is important to "unlink" your old credit card. If you skip this step, your old card will continue to be billed. How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
NOTE: this works best when using a desktop or laptop computer.
- Log in to https://rebeccarhodes.teachable.com/ or https://rebeccarhodesart.com/
- Click the icon at the upper right of the page (see image below.)
- Choose "Membership & Subscriptions." This is where you can cancel the subscription.
How to Cancel the Membership
- On the "Membership & Subscriptions" page, Click the "Cancel" button.
- A message will appear indicating that your subscription has been cancelled. You will see a date that the subscription will end.
How Do I Log in to View the Courses?
Once you have created an online account, you can login and view the courses by clicking the "Login" button in the upper rightcorner of your screen.
What if I Forget My Password?
If you forget your password, you can login to the school and click "Forgot Password" underneath the insert password box. You will be guided to change your password.
How to Change My Email Address
- Log in to the online school.
- Click the icon at the upper right of the page.
- Click "Edit Profile."
- Inside the Edit Profile page, you will see "Password" and a "Change" button. Click the "Change" button to change your password.
How to Upgrade from Monthly to Annual Membership
- First, you will need to cancel your monthly membership so you don't get billed for both subscriptions. THIS LINK shows how to cancel the membership.
- After you have cancelled your Monthly Membership, you may purchase the Annual Membership.
- THIS LINK will take you to the Membership, or you can click "All Courses" in the top menu and find it that way.
- Click the "Enroll in Membership" button and then choose the Annual Membership.
- You will be taken through the payment process.
